(Louisville, KY January 2010) - Ken Towery's 17th retail store opened January 4th with a state-of-the-art facility featuring nine service bays to help service customer cars efficiently. The new store at the corner of Westport Road and Chamberlain Lane features several environmentally-friendly features such as Challenger AquaVantage™ vehicle lifts which run on air and water instead of electricity and oil, energy-saving equipment, and lights which turn off automatically when not in use. Ken Towery's Tire and Auto Care, which began with Ken's first store in 1971, carries every major tire brand and repairs and maintains all makes and models of cars.

Special promotions and offers begin the first day of operation including T-shirt and vacation giveaways, a chance to win a free set of tires, and special prices on car maintenance and services. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Saturday, January 16th at 10:00 am; guests can enjoy complementary refreshments and hot dogs. The newest Ken Towery's Tire and AutoCare Supercenter is located at 11300 Westport Road.
